The Lord Mayor's Halloween Competition

The Lord Mayor's office are organising a Halloween Competition. All of the details are in the attached poster. It might be a lovely thing for the children to do next week when they are on their extended Halloween holiday. All completed entries can be uploaded to the Council's Facebook page.
