P4 Castleward Trip

P4 had a brilliant time on Thursday 10th March when they went to Castleward to learn more about World War Two. Throughout the day the children found out what it would have been like to be an evacuee. They took part in rationing activities with Polly the Cook, planted seeds with Agnes the Landgirl, and packed an evacuees suitcase with Albert the chauffeur! Thank you to everyone at Castleward for helping us to have such a fantastic day!
